I have not received an order confirmation
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive an email? First check the spam or junk mail folder. If the confirmation cannot be found here either, please contact us. Our customer service will then check the status of your order and help you find your order confirmation.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
To ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, we always try to immediately pack the ordered item for you and send it to you. This means that unfortunately we cannot change the order after the order has been placed. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or shipping method.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, we do our best to package and ship the ordered item immediately. This means that we can no longer cancel the order.

What you can always do is return the item within 14 days. You will then receive the full purchase amount back.

Where's my order?
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days. In some cases it may take a little longer. You will receive an email with a track and trace code from DPD once your order has been shipped. If you have any concerns about the status or location of your order, please contact us.

I have received a defective or damaged item. What now?
Please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong with items received. Please contact our customer service.

I am not satisfied with the item received
It may of course happen that an item does not fully meet your expectations or does not fit. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can always return the item within 14 days and receive a full refund. The return costs are for your own account.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs for Germany and Belgium are 10 euros per order.

Which shipping methods do you use?

We ship orders within the Netherlands and Europe with DPD.

How long does shipping take?
Generally, orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. During busy periods during holidays & sales periods, it may take a little longer before you receive your order.

Can I track my order?
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from DPD with information on how to track your order. If you wish to make a change this must be done via DPD as we no longer have control over delivery once the order has left our warehouse.

What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

If you are not at home when your order arrives, DPD will leave a message and your package will be taken to the nearest DPD delivery point where you can collect it within 10 working days. Don't wait too long to pick up. If your order is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.


With iDeal you pay the outstanding amount for your order immediately and securely.

Credit card

With your Visa or Mastercard. You first indicate which type of credit card you want to use. Then enter your credit card number, expiration date, CVC code (this 3-digit code can be found on the back of your credit card, it is the last 3 digits). With us you can rest assured that your payment will be secure. We encrypt your credit card details via the SSL method and this is always safe.

How can I return an unwanted item?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return any item you have ordered from us within 14 days of the date of receipt for a refund. With the exception of defective goods, returned items must be in their original and resalable condition. So make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
If you want to order a different item or size, we recommend that you place a new order to ensure that it is still in stock.

We cannot return items that have not been purchased through this webshop.

Can I return a product free of charge?

Returns are at your own expense.

What happens after I return my items?

As soon as we have received your item back in our warehouse, a check will take place based on the reason on the return slip. After approval, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive a refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be made automatically via the payment method you used to place your original order. This will take up to 10 business days, depending on the issuer of your payment method.

I have returned an item but have not yet received any money

Refunds may take up to 10 business days. Once we have approved the refund, the payment will be made through your individual payment provider. From that moment on, we no longer have control over the refund. Still haven't received anything after 10 working days? Please contact us.
